| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card and debit card payments to minimise any delays that other forms of payment can incur such as cheque payments or setting up credit accounts. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling All prices quoted include delivery to the UK Mainland only, excluding Northern Scotland, Highlands and Islands. Please note our normal delivery sevice applies and does not include a day or time specific option. A special delivery service can be arranged to include this option at extra cost. Normal deliveries will take place between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Goods will be delivered to the nearest point of entry, off loading being your responsibility, e.g. a ground floor reception / goods inward area - not positioning on site. All goods must be checked for damages and or shortages before signing. For Elite Lockers there is a minimum order value of £150.00 nett or carriage will be payable (POA). |
